Tea tonight

I have around 800+ calories this evening and some of it will involve alcohol
As some of you know I went out for tea yesterday so I will have the left over pesto from Wed (its in the fridge) with pasta and I will add extra sweetcorn for my 5 a day - though I have had a veggie subway for lunch so that must be two.
I start two weeks leave in 8 mins so next time I log on will be via the magic of iphone or laptop
If I dont get another chance may I wish each and everyone of you a great weekend
