Anyone ever made dog biscuits

My mum has been treating the dog with mini weetabix's, I have explained to her that it's not good for her, so suggested to her about baking some biscuits, Mum gets bored and she jumped at the idea, so I have been googling making hypoallergenic dog biscuits and have only come up with 2 recipes, (both the same) does anyone make biscuits/cake for there dogs? If so can you point me to a good website please,

You can buy hypo biscuits but my mum lives on her own and it will be something she will really enjoy.

I would like it to be as hypoallergenic as possible as the dog is becoming itchy,

Actually provided the dog isn't allergic to wheat, is only given a reasonable amount and its main meals are reduced to allow for it, and they aren't the kind of mini weetabix that have sugar or dried fruit in, they are quite a reasonable treat. They are salt and fat free and quite low in calories.

what is the dog allergic to? A thing is only hypoallergenic if it doesn't have in it whatever the dog is allergic to. A good example of this is that my dog is allergic to duck. Many "hypoallergenic" dogfoods have duck as the base protein because dogs will be unlikely to have eaten it therefore unlikely to have developed a sensitivity to it....doesn't work for my boy.

making biscuits for dogs is easy.

you need a flavouring finely chopped mashed or pureed (cheese, meat, fish, offal,)
an oil or fat, not too much for crispness and flavour
a bulking agent, flour, plain or wholemeal, or oatmeal, or potato or a mix.
maybe some extra moisture, water, salt free stock, juice from canned fish

you make a dough with the ingredients, cut out biscuits about an inch to two inches wide and about a quarter of an inch thick. You van also divide the mix up and make balls and flatten them to make about the same size biscuits, then bake on an oiled tray or on a non stick tray or paper in a medium oven till the are a bit golden and hardening up, around 20 ish minutes.
