pre cooked chicken - when should I cook/eat it?
5 Answers
I made a roast chicken on Sunday and there was a bit left over breast which has been refrigerated since. I forgot about it yesterday and we have something else we need to eat today. I don't want to waste it so, the question is would it be safer to make a curry with it tonight which will be reheated tomorrow or would it be better to leave it in the fridge today and make a curry which would be eaten straight away tomorrow?
I know I have to cook it really hot to destroy any bacteria.
It still looks really fresh now.

Thanks carolegif - that's what I'll do - I have some samosas from sainsburys that are out of date today so that'll go nicely with the out of date chicken curry :)
And if I don't post back on Thursday then you know I'm on the loo somewhere!
