either genius or warburtons. haven't tried livwell but consider the first 2 better than glutafin or juvela.

They are all pretty tastless but some are palatable if toasted. Ive tried a few and find Wellfoods quite tasty but it must be toasted. No butter required. It is quite sweet. Its available on line but not sure about the shops. Check with Wellfoods on their website. I get mine free from the local pharmacy who have to order itwhen I present my prescription.
