As I'm sitting here I've just noticed the smell of my stew drifting in from the kitchen mmmm! It does smell good. A beef stew slowly simmering on the hob. With a beef stew I always sling in a tin of Oxtail soup to give it that extra vavoom! What tip have you got to make your stew extra special?
