Can anyone recommend some spicy soups I can get in the supermarket? They need to be smooth though. No bits (unless they're blended up really little).

(please don't tell me to make my own, it aint gonna happen).

You can have croutons to nibble on on the side, but not in the actual soup.

Oh don't mind croutons but I like blended soups
If you reckoned up what you spend on these lunches compared to an hour at weekend making up some yourself, say 2 varieties and potting it up for each day - then your poverty levels would be helped too.

Nah, I can get a can of soup for 50p. The last time I made soup I spent a fortune and although it was nice it took yonks.

Good for them Tone.

EB, M&S and Sainsburys do lovely spicy smooth soups. They come in large containers but they can be frozen. I tend to make my own but I have tasted them and they are lovely xx
Sainburys do own brand mulligatawny - nicer than Heinz, imo. It's a curried beef soup with nobits!
