mr Spikey loves liver, onions and bacon with mash and gravy, and grilled kidneys with his Saturday cooked English breakfast, and if his mum phones and says shes made real faggots, he'll drive a 40 mile round trip!. I can just about eat pate, but that's about it - what about you?

I don't see the difference between eating chicken breast and chicken liver. It's all a bit of an animal (or bird).

Like liver nd kidneys but that's it. Don't do giblets or brain or tripe or all the other stuff.
Yes I have liver,kidney,heart etc.love It all.Makes the best gravy,try It.
Not in it's purest form, but I will eat Pate, Haggis and Faggots happily. Had enough dodgey Irish food growing up to have put me off anything remotely offal orientated for life:)
brekkies ?

Liver has to be flash fried and eaten, can't stand it when it is cooked through. It feels like I am pulling off woollen mittens with my teeth and it makes be baulk (balk?) No tripe and No to brains but most everything else

When I make a big beef stew I always get a marrow bone from the butcher and cook it in the pan with the rest of the ingredients. My dads dog loves the bone to chew especially when we put some peanut butter down the middle.
lambs liver with onion, bacon, mash & cabbage with lashings of gravy, lambs kidneys likewise,
hearts done in the slow cooker with veg, also oxtail done the same way if allowed in this category, and xmas gravy made with the turkey giblets then I eat the giblets whilst no one is looking really looking forward to that. chicken liver pate or saute served on toast. Those that turn their nose up dont know what they are missing, but its usually something you have eaten since young or not at all.
thanx alba, that's too spicy. Mine were bone cut straight through, about 4inch long pieces, probably roasted. Spose it has to be beef bone ? Hard to get as butchers dont seem to sell it.
No I dont really, but hubby does. Guess I should cook it just for him lol
If it moves I eat it. All the usuals like liver, kidney, haggis, hog's pudding and tongue and I love chicken feet too. Also eaten brain in France and Belgium, chicken combs in France (sautéed), eyeballs (M-East), oxen penis (China), testicles of all sorts of animals from oxen to rabbits (States France and China),
I love liver, haggis and black pudding.

As some have added offal related tunes I plumped for this over Stand and De Liver
Liver & kidneys may be an acquired taste but yes they're fine. Faggots are great. As are many of the things listed here.
Liver and Onions is always a favourite.
Good cheap meal
Love lambs liver. kidneys, pate, black pudding, faggots,. Yum!
