hiya, just to let you know, got some rind-on bacon in griffins on the bridge on saturday. :)

lol you too :) we just in wb rather than hampshire though
Some of the supermarkets leave the rind on their 'economy' range of bacon. I've tried morrissons and it's ok, not brilliant. I prefer home cured bacon with proper fat instead of 'snot' when you cook it. To me, the rind is the best part of bacon, nice and chewy!
