2 Course Dinner

I need suggestions / inspiration for dinner Saturday night. I want to do something really special - a starter and main (don't like Pud).

I would like to do red meat for main but have no preference when it comes to the starter.

a smorgasbordy/tapasy starter then a proper beef stroganoff made with fillet steak.

Thanks DT but I didn't ask for a recipe. I asked what it tasted like and where to buy it.

It's not that I don't appreciate recipes, I just asked why you don't put a link to the recipe instead of C&P'ing it.
