Traditional meat skewers.

Could someone please point me in the direction of traditional (old fashioned if you like) meat skewers? I am looking for the ones made from metal, approx. 7-8" long. a loop at one end and a point at the other, twisted in cross section approx. one tenth of an inch thick. All the ones I can find are kebab types of various sizes which are not suitable for purpose. There must be some still about. Please help.

Go to your local butcher .I am sure he would be able to help you. Plus buy your meat from him as well.

We got ours from John Lewis
