I have just bought three jars of pickles - lime, garlic and chilli
They are horrible
I don't want to throw them away so can anyone make a suggestion of what to do
I thought maybe adding a spoonful or two when I make a curry
When I go out for a curry I love the pickle tray with popadoms
But these are not nice
Might be because they were too strong not too spicy just too strong
Try taking a spoonful and chopping it up quite fine and adding to an equal amount of yogurt. The yogurt will temper the spiciness and may make them a little more palatable.
Right I'm not going to throw them I am going to experiment with them
I don't like chicken so I shall substitute pork loin
Any other suggestions welcome
