Sins?

Im using probiotic drinks such as Benecol,Flora and also on the Slimming World Healthy Eating Plan. I was a member a few years back but Im doing it myself now and using the same books. Just one problem,the old books dont have the amount of sins for probiotic drinks. Can anyone help me?. Thanks in advance.

flora pro active has 100g bottle 4.5 sins on red and green.

benecol yoghurt drink 70g bottle is 3 sins on each thats from the 2005 food directory

Thanks Groovy, My books are 3 years old but I buy the SW mag as well. I've got the will power to go it alone this time as my cholestral test came back high! Following the book I've lost 10IBS so far. Thanks again.
