Don,t get obsessed with what foods contain sugar and can I have vegetables and fruit which contains sugar.
You are NOT w a diabetic and like many people, some with symptoms some symptomless wo have impaired glucose tolerance.
My advice.....throw away your diet sheets.
1) Take more exercise...swimming or walking daily.
2) Eat the Sam foods as you ate before, but less of them
3) Try and lose some weight.
Do the above and your blood glucose levels may come down to normal...but don' t lead a miserable life by examining every morsel of food for sugar.
