Trying to do something different at least once a week for dinner. Last week, i did chicken and chorizo paella and it was delish thanks to your guidance. This week, im doing corned beef hash which i can ashamedly admit to never eating, let alone cooking.
So ive got me spuds, 2 tins of corned beef....a two-and-a-half-quid each !!!!!!!! baked beans, cheese, worcester sauce, onions, garlic and lots of dried herbs and spices.
I boil my potatoes and mash with butter and mix in chives. Lightly fry chopped onions, chop up corned beef, then layer... onions cornbeef mash then repeat again in an ovenproof dish. Top with grated cheese or crushed crisps and pop in oven.I often just pour over a thick cheese sauce.... lovely.
