Of course it will last but why not have a glass. Its bubbly but still tastes good next day.

Wrap some foil over the top and round the neck of the bottle and secure with the metal wire thingy. X

Eccles I recently bought a wine box which said on the side it would last up to 6 weeks. It lasted about 4 days and I felt like taking it back to complain!

what is prosecco anyway? I ask because i am looking at a spa offer and they are making a big thing about getting a glass of prosecco with your afternoon tea - is it like champagne?

Bednobs. I have drunk it quite a bit in Italy. They usually serve it in restaurants. Basically a fizzy white wine. Like champers only cheaper. Quite nice if you like that sort of thing. My (Italian) husband loves it but then he likes anything that tastes a bit like lemonade.

I always put a tea spoon in the top of the bottle. it keeps it fizzy for next day.
