I have never seen this. I love passion fruit (but not the seeds).
Make your own.
Buy the passion fruit and when they are very wrinkled, as this is when they are at their juciest. Cut them open and strain the juice through a small sieve. Discard the seeds.

I didn't really want to the faff of making my own. I did wonder if Asian supermarkets sold it. I know it's very common in Australia.
