What have you never done, guilty secret or secret weapon in the kitchen?
I do have a bread maker but don't often use it as I eat very little bread and when I do I appreciate the therapy of kneading the dough.
I don't find it takes any longer in the bread maker than it does through the mandraulic method but it is tedious having an odd shaped loaf with a tear in the base where the paddle goes.
I have had the same slow cooker for over 30 years, just bung everything in and leave it to do the rest, dont bother to follow a recipe just put in all things you like and plenty of root veg, oxos/chicken stock cubes etc in with the meat, oxtail tastes really good on a cold winters day.
Carakeel carves with an electric knife, despite having a large range of very expensive razor sharp knives, we also have an electric meat/bread slicing
mahine, I use the slow cooker for making yoghurt and we also have a tiny electric wisk that fits in a cup for making hot chocolate and a separate frying pan for every possible type of frying, a whole selection hanging on the wall. Her grandchildren call her "gadget gran"
