Cooking Time For 3 Guinea Fowl

I have cooked a guinea fowl before and it usually roasts in approx 1 hour.

If I cook 3 at the same time, how should I adjust the cooking time?

3 should cook in the same time it takes for 1 .
It is the weight of the individual bird that counts , you do not add the weights together. For example if a 1kg bird cooks in a hour then 3x 1kg birds cook in an hour but one 3Kg bird would need longer.
You might need an extra few mins to cook 3 birds at once as the oven would cool more when you put them in but not the time it needs to cook a single 3kg bird.
