What Choice Would You Prefer In An Ice Cream Parlour?

Would you prefer large choice of ice cream flavours and just few toppings or basic ice cream flavours but amazing choice of toppings and syrups?

2nd one for you folk visiting Cornwall is in Looe and it is Treleavens; in addition to the classics they do some unusual flavours, the gooseberry fool is superb, (normally I don't like the raw fruit). They have also come up with a more savoury ice cream of Cornish Blue Cheese and Pear which is also stellar - and though some of you may go yeuck, don't knock it until you have tried it.

Also there is a range of (excellent) sorbets too.

I prefer a large choice of flavours, I can buy basic ice cream flavours from the supermarket, same with toppings. If I went to an ice cream parlour I would want to try something different

I never bother with toppings. I'd want a good choice of flavours...made with cream-no phoney ingredients please.

The best flavour for me is rum and raisin or chocolate.

Large choice of ice cream for me too. Preferably Belgian chocolate or fudge brownie. I agree Pasta, it has to be proper dairy stuff.
