Tiramisu Recipes

Im considering making a tiramisu on friday and was wondering if anyone had a recipe thats easy to do. Gordon Ramsey has a recipe that looks easy to do but has anyone got a tried and tested 1.

PS im looking for ones that dont contain eggs.

James Martin's recipe for tiramisu is fantasticm and very easy. However, I'm pretty sure it does contain eggs. Why not try to make the custard/cream/mascarpone bit using tinned custard - I bet there isn't much egg in that!
