Seeing a post from our very own Eccles, waves hello , had me musing about just how many of our best food products are named after towns/villages/counties/whatever. Sometimes to the point where (like Eccles Cakes) the food product is better known that the original town.

I could do a list, but I'm lazy, so please fire away with your own favourites ...
