Has anyone tried these,it says microwave 4 for 1 minute .They are not done and taste horrid,i think the timings are wrong.

Looks like you need to know the wattage of your microwave, this is from their instructions:
650W B 1 ½ - 2 minutes
750W E 1 – 1 ¼ minutes
950W E 30 seconds. As microwave ovens vary, these instructions are a guide only. When using ovens of different powers, heating times should be adjusted accordingly.Please ensure that the product is piping hot before serving.SERVE IMMEDIATELY.

i did read instructions and set the time accordingly,cannot remember the wattage as i am at work!

my bet is that you didn't set the time for long enough....even micros with the same rating do vary

well yes, but the point with microwaves is you CHECK the food before you serve it, if its not done, you give it a bit longer.
