I'd be happy to have you as my guest Chris, but it's a long way for you to come. Am I right in thinking you live in Suffolk/Norfolk/somewhere inbetween the two?

I've already read the reviews - in fact, I've eaten there before, but only at lunchtime - I'm very much looking forward to the tasting menu for my evening meal.

Thanks for your reply ,Mrs C. I've been out shopping for life's two essentials (cat food and beer), so I've only just seen it.

Confusing Suffolk and Norfolk is akin to mixing up Yorkshire and Lancashire. (There's an intense amount of rivalry between the two counties). I live in Suffolk but I can occasionally get a visa allowing me through passport control at Diss, to visit the strange folk in that weird county to the north of us.

I've not had it yet Chris, still got a week to go. Had a carvery meal tonight - £10 for two - excellent value.

While you're here - did you get your book finished? If I remember correctly, you thought it would be finished by the end of 2012.
