Has anyone tasted the above? Apparently they are around 5 calories per 100 grammes and are AMAZING for using on low cal diet. Have ordered some from Holland & Barrett but would like to hear from others who may have tried them.

If you are expecting them to be anything like real noodles, I think you may be unpleasantly surprised.

I've neither heard nor tried them, but do you know how many carbs are in them? I'm doing lo-carb, and would die for a lo-carb noodle!

I am told by someone who has tried them that they are a little odd - but a great substitute for noodles/pasta if looking to count calories. Interesting link you gave - thanks x
I suppose they are a love em or hate them food but well worth a try if they are not to expensive.Hope you enjoy them!

Thought I would let you all know that once they were rinsed (lots) as the packet says I get rid of the starch smell, they were excellent (this was the Slim Pasta, but Rice version) Had them in a chinese turkey and veg stirfry ... threw in the whole 200g and seriously struggled to eat it all .... very filling!! Felt like cheating ot have such a large meal when I am stiking ot 1400 calories a day!!
