Has anyone used it. I'm trying garlic and herb chicken,it smells OK (cooked in a bag) but just wondered what others thought.

Try a marinade called Fava it. The barbecue one is superb on chicken, I leave
it to marinade over night in a sandwich bag one packet does 2 chicken breasts.
