which is the most fattening ? dear one is on a diet but insists on fish and chips for tea (because thats what he always has on Saturday) I have been really strict all week and have got oven chips instead of frying them, but he has had steamed and grilled fish this week and not to keen.

I'd go for breadcrumb and as the above link mentions, cook it in the oven.
