I have some lovely purple sprouting broccoli and can knock up some Hollandaise sauce for dipping. Delicious but no match for asparagus in season :-(

i was going to cook a roast chick for dinner, i feel like cooking saus rolls instead now

choccy eclairs are yummy, profiteroles are mouth-sized which is helpful :-)

Fluff, a roast chook, the aroma then the eating the skin then slicing it, it just heaven on a plate.
