Crystallized Manuka Honey

I have found a jar of this honey at the back of the cupboard, but when I opened the lid, I found it contained loads of blobs of crystallized honey. I tried warming it slowly in the microwave, but this did nothing. Is it still ok to use?

If by "OK" you mean "is it safe?", then yes. Honey doesn't go "off".
Ditto...it's fine.
Just heat it more in the microwave.

I once read about a jar of honey being found wrapped up with an Egyptian Mummy, thousands of years old and still edible! However im not sure I would want it on my pancake!!

Apparently it didn't even have a "use by" date on it!
you could put the honey jar into hot water and boil it gently until dissolved.

FOR SOME REASON, there is a perception that honey that crystallizes has “gone bad” or that it is a sign of contamination. No! It’s actually a sign of high quality honey. Don’t throw your crystallized honey out, unless you like to waste delicious food. Microwaving it will reduce its quality
