Cool Whip?

I'm hoping Pasta (or anyone else in the know) see's this

I've seen lots of wonderful recipes for desserts on Pinterest, I've saved loads but they all seem to need Cool Whip to work. Now, I've had a google about and a couple of people suggested Dream Topping as a UK substitute (bar whipped cream). Do you think this would work?

Dream topping or squirty cream can be used. I'm sure Pasta will give you a definite answer though! Xx

Thanks Voddie, I think squirty cream goes a bit watery after a bit doesn't it. I've been getting frustrated looking at all these lovely desserts and then I see the dreaded words 'Cool Whip' lol

I've just seen a savory pie of some description on there :-

Is that not a heart attack waiting to happen? Would love to try a bit though, just couldn't bring myself to make it. ;)

I am sadly addicted to Pinterest, the majority of the savoury meals appear to be based on potatoes, cheese and bacon (which my lot love). I am pinning 'craft' stuff, which I know I won't do but sadly delude my self that I might :( I have, however, bought the stuff to make biscuits that have coloured glass ''windows'.

Lol Sherr, I'm bloody addicted to it at the moment and feel like a bit of a stalker 'following' all these strangers. Some of those American women are scary, talk about supermoms! I'm fascinated with 'refashioning' and am going to start trawling through charity and junk shops anytime soon ;)

I'm not following anyone although I do have someone following me - v odd. I am also going to make one of the recipes I have pinned this week (but they had some odd ingredient in it (spray cheese?) but I have been a wuss and I am going to use mascarpone).

Yes-you can use Dream Topping-it will work fine.
