I usually cook raw eggs. I don't thing cooking will do much more to hard-boiled eggs.

Beaumaris was indeed a Sheringham hotel (may still be for all I know).

My parents ran a six-bedroom Guest House (Mount Felix), now sadly demolished to make way for two very ugly blocks of flats.
