Scampi And Chips

I've a notion for that for me dinner, instead I'm doing cheeseburgers n chips.

Anyone got any notions for their din-dins and having something else?

We're having ribeye steaks done on the BBQ, with Caesar salad and some honey and sunflower bread. For starters we will be having a variety of cocktails which I've just bought all the various juices and liqueurs for..is it too early to start? If I knew where the yardarm was I'd hazard a guess that the sun's over it as it seems to be over everything else.

Actually quite fancy scampi now too, love the sweetness of scampi dipped into tartar sauce..mmm.

i was going to have a salad, but i have a hankering for a lamb kebab (proper one not elephant leg)

Scampi and chips is appealing to me more now ..

we do have a micro - but i didn;t have any bacon, that was the problem.....

i shall go swimming in the morning and on the way home pop to the butchers and get proper bacon and some lush fresh bread from the shop next door, and undo all my good work in the pool

Rolled haddock, with butter and salt and pepper, in greaseproof paper done in oven is lovely.
