How about chicken breasts wrapped in chicken skin, stuffed with minced chicken and served with a chicken jus?

Fluff why not make curry chicken with a bit of cubed potatoes added, and served over white rice? Would save you from going out to the store.
''All in a seedy bap, Snags?''

Oh please. I am not a culinary pleb.

I like to serve on a bed of chicken flavoured crisps.
"Just read your recipe again Ed, sounds easy too. But all that lemon juice, won't the chicken taste too acidic?"

Nope, mostly gets cooked off, and you're pairing/tempering it with some sugar, chilli and coriander.

I guess it tastes a bit Greek/Turkish-ish.

It's also quite elegant on a plate because the chicken remains pale white. Not that this counts for much when stuffed in a pita :)

Go to your nearest shop.
Buy some Maggies Oh So Juicy, in whichever flavour you prefer.
Put the chicken in the bag with the seasoning.
Bung in oven for 40 mins.
Eat.

That's a secret family recipe so please don't share it with the world.

aww sorry woof, ive just re-read it :-)

ended up doing one limey chick breast with avocado inpitta with chilli sauce and one with mango chutney and chips v nice too :-)
What about tonight then?
Try this Scottish favourite. Slit the chicken breasts and stuff with haggis, then wrap in your favourite bacon and bake in the oven till the chicken is cooked and the bacon is crisp, about half an hour in a fairly hot oven. Yum!
Chicken stuffed with black pudding (Stornoway is best) wraped in Parma ham or even bacon. Serve with potatoes, vegetables and sauce of choice. Haggis/white pudding or your own home made stuffing also works well.
