I'm fine thank you boaty. How's yourself lad? I'm off to the gym again this morning, then shopping and then home to do some ironing and other boring housework. Got a friend coming to visit this afternoon and it's like a State visit by the Queen. I have to have everything tickey boo for that occasion.

Jan, I've a SIL like that, she lives in a show-home, whenever anyone visits, they daren't sit down in case they make the place look untidy.

You don't need visitors like that jan. Mind you, it does make sure the cleaning gets done. I have a JCB in once a month. :o}

I don't live in a show home. OMG far from it. My house is always welcoming and comfortable but this friend, who is actually very nice, is soooooo perfect (a bit of a Stepford wife I suppose), she always makes me feel inadequate in the housekeeping stakes. I could clean and clean until my house squeaks but it would still never be on a par with hers. She does have OCD though. VERY wearing... However, once it's all clean and tidy, it need never be done again for another million years.
