Recipe For Caramelised Onion Marmalade Please?
5 Answers
Has anyone a good reliable recipe for caramelized onion marmalade. I know could google one but would prefer a tried and tested recipe. The ones I've looked at have a bottle of red wine in the ingredients but I'd rather drink the wine with the cheese I aim to eat with the marmelade. Thanks in advance!

The liquid should have evaporated. You can use the same recipe for white...
