Sainsbury's and bigger Tescos sell it, as well as most health food shops that stock frozen food. It's made from a mixture of wheat protein and soya. They also do Vegesteak, which is larger chunks - also available in the freezer.
Linda McCartney also does a brand of frozen vegetarian mince, but hers is I think only TVP.
I always use half quorn and half dried soya mince (I rehydrate it in marmite and hot water before cooking) . I have served this to confirmed meat eaters and they haven't noticed the difference!
agree with nicola_red :
Soy products are nutritionally better for you. Quorn is just "fake meat" and heard rumours about its questionable content. Also, as nicola mentions, its not exactly vegan, so does contain animal bi products if that is important to you. Soy comes in a lot of varieties, my favourite is the marinated soy blocks that are good just to eat on its own straight from the package. yum! also, soy tastes exactly how you prepare it, so experiment with marinades, sauces, seasonings stirfrys, etc,,,
