Passion Flowers
Hello gardeners,
our passion flower vine (it is the Passiflora Caerulia) has now produced a very great many fruits, green and Victoria plum-sized at present, but Google tells me they will turn orange when they are fully ripe, and they are then edible, but very bland and uninteresting, almost flavourless. I hate to throw them all away, there are pounds and pounds of them, has anyone ever tried to make use of these fruits? Thanks for your suggestions...G

If your fruits have tasty gel then you can make a fruit jelly with it, if they are bland then leave them to the wildlife.
