I bought a yazoo chocolate milkshake from tesco four days ago when I opened it to drink the seal was not on it which I did not notice where I had left it for a bit then when I took a sip it was sour an I was sick from how foul it was it was well with in date I have not acted yazoo an they said they will come an collect it
Is that the right thing to do

Can you be a bit more clear...

The seal was not on it which you did not notice???? Err, that makes no sense.

If you took a sip and it was sour why not just spit it out?

Why not just go back to Tesco?

I have no idea who makes this product but I'd like to know who goes to the trouble of collecting an allegedly suspect product.

Is it the right thing to do? Personally, I'd have mentioned it when I was next in Tesco.

Well you no the seal on top of milk carton it was not there I did not notice and I did spit it out but it has obviously been gone off since production anyway yahoo just emailed me saying they will take the bottle an do tests because his is very rare an would like to give me a good will gesture an chill out mate

I've never had that problem with the banana flavoured ones

I drink it a lot - I'd have taken it back to Tesco's. I am amazed if Yazoo are going to come and collect it from your house.

It might not be a production fault - someone might have taken a swig from it in Tesco and put it back.
