made some sandwiches, cheese and ham, salmon, cheese and tomato.
(bought a kilo of cheese, it's got to go somewhere)
as well as cheese scones.

Was in the mood for something crunchy, so there's a huge pile of rice crispy cakes (other brands are available) also there's shortbread.

Too early in the year to make mince pies and mincemeat pies though.

Grab a paper plate and tuck in.

(Liquid refreshments are in the usual places)

Don't worry, we have access to a kitchen and bathroom in the cottage next door! So no more smelly than usual.

mum and dad moved house when I was 10 (they took me with them) we lived in a caravan for 9 months til the renovated cottage was rebuilt with a kitchen and athroom.
Trudging across the courtyard to the nieghbours bathroom was fun in the depths of winter.

We've only had this for about a fortnight, and hopefully the house will be back to normal (if that's possible) in another 2 weeks or so.

Not great when you need a wee at 2am...

A house back to normal?! Yep, my sprogs are now over 18 and house still isn't normal, well, it's normal for us so that's fine x
how are are you alba, i had a rather large fruit delivery today so i can provide pineappe for the cheese and pineapple sticks :-)

Eccles, the usual and all grub has been under cloches to keep 'em fresh:-)
