Brussel Sprouts

I once had a scrumptious recipe for stir fried sprouts but it's gone missing - any suggestions?

Delia Smith's Christmas Collection (BBC Books) has a great recipe for Brussels Sprouts in Riesling with Bacon. You have to steam the sprouts first but they do most of their cooking by a fast bubbling in white wine while the sauce reduces. It's not strictly stir fry but at least the sprouts are cooked!
