Can anyone tell me if I can freeze yogurts? I buy all the low fat ones including Muller and probiotics. Thanks in advance.

Most things say "freeze on the day of purchase" if freezing should be neccessary. Remember that during freezing the yogurt pot will become a bit small for the expanded contents so allow for any lid to be released a bit. Can't guess if that is OK, but I can't see why not. Again the instructions should say or give a relevant tel. no. You should find out how long they can be kept once frozen. Yogurts and Mullerice have a fairly generous life ahead usually, and it would be better to eat fresh within that time, as all produce loses some nutritional value after being frozen. You would avoid the bother of defrosting.
Granita served in restaurants is ice-slush almost frozen yoghurt.
Frozen cheese is absolutely the same as fresh once it's defrosted
