Thank you all for your good wishes, very much appreciated, thank you Ann for instigating it.
I have cooked for England today, had daughter, SIL and five grandchildren over for dinner this evening.
As usual my daughter accuses me of cooking for the five thousand and I think this time she was right. I know what we will be eating over the next few days.
Got some nice pressies too. Blue and white top from OH and it fits! Also Peter Kay's book. £50 m & s voucher, subscription to Good Food magazine. Cliff Richard DVD of his latest rock and roll tour, a basket full of Avon goodies and a Forest of Dean Calaendar. Didn't i do well? I deserve my bottle of Rose now.
