Going To The Shops

Do we still get pleasure from going out to the shops?

Having some fresh air, and talking to a real, live shop keeper?

I never have a newspaper delivered, because I like to walk down to East Street, say hello to the guy in the shop, get a coffee, etc.

I like to go out to buy my newspaper, groceries, books, CDs, clothes, everything really.

But I wonder if more and more people would prefer to do it all sitting at a table at home.

I'm going to start a counter revolution against the online shopping culture.

If I lived where you do JJ I too would venture out frequently for pleasure. And if you lived and worked where I do you would go to them as little as possible.
