Recipe wanted for fishcakes. I would like to use cod, salmon and prawns. I would also like some lemongrass flavouring but I'm not sure how to add this??

potato, poached fish, half an egg, mustard, finely chopped onion, seasoning and breadcrumbs, mix well and add more breadcrumbs if mix is too sloppy. Leave mixture in fridge for a couple of hours or overnight, shape and fry in olive oil over medium heat until cooked through. A can of tuna can also be used instead of fresh fish. Beautiful.
Debone Fish. Marinate fish with calamansi and a sprinkle of iodized salt. Saute fish with garlic and onion. Add potato cut in small cubes. Season with Knorr meaty seasoning, ground pepper. Wait until the potato is tender. Set aside. Prepare egg-flour mixture. Mix with sauteed fish. Form a flat circle on a banana leaves then fry.
