Chicken Fillets ,bacon,potatoes, Peppers And A Halogen Oven

Have you got any canned or packet soup handy? ('Cup soups' are fine). I'd simply be looking to casserole the chicken fillets, with the bacon laid on top of them, in something like a mushroom soup (or chicken & leek or broccoli & stilton or anything else that would seem suitable). Depending upon the choice of soup, I might add the peppers or I might save them for something else. The spuds could be sliced and placed on the very top, so that they'd brown nicely.

Hi beez, if the potatoes are large I'd bake them in the halogen, if small slice them, drizzle with some oil & roast them off adding the diced peppers with a little oil at a later stage. Wrap the bacon round the chicken fillets & cook them in your halogen.
