why high in iron?
Question Author
Our teacher wants us to produce a good healthy nutritious snack that is high in iron and fibre.
oh, okay. I don't eat foods with added iron as they make me constipated, that's why I asked.
Something with apricots, prunes and raisins.
.......and nuts.
Megan, Google iron rich foods, like I did, and see what combinations you might use for your Energy bar.
You can get the iron from pumpkin seeds and some nuts.

Good flavours will come from mashed ripe banana and all sorts of dried fruits.

Fibre can be in the form of oats.
