Is anyone else out there crazy about the taste of chorizo ,(Spanish sausage) especially Chorizo Castellana?

yes we all love it in our family - used to buy mine in Safeways, but since shopping at Tescos it has been hard to find apart from ready sliced. I have now gone back to Morrisons, so am able to get supplies again:)

Yes, my family love it as well. I usually buy both varieties from the French Market that now comes over  three or four times a year - much cheaper.

God I love it!! makes me smell of it all day but who cares? I buy it every week at Asda and God help my boy if he eats my chorizo!!!

Chorizo is spankin' gorgeous!  I always use it when I make a proper paella. Mmmm... I might make one this weekend.

Lovely stuff, they do a real nice one (and incredibly cheap) at LIDL of all places - usually all they sell is belgian ravioli and the like,but came across this and have gone back especially just to get it :-)

I have just come back from southern spain - we ate loads of wonderful chorizo and morcilla (black pudding) and serrano ham - they know how to treat pigs over there! We even had it for breakfast!
