If you can wait till tomorrow and nip out to buy a few other things, then I'd make tiger prawn and chorizo horneado, you'll have to google it for the recipe, I STILL haven't learnt how to do links on the iPad :(

If they are raw, Tempura batter, deed fried, with a green salad mix and salsa and the dipping sauce of your choice.
