Does anybody know what is the ingredient in cheese and chocolate that gives some people headaches ?

Maltese bread

as a migraine sufferer myself i always thought that chocolate and cheese caused them but then i gave up eating bread but carried on eating cheese and chocolate and the migraines never came back as soon as i ate a cheese sandwich i got a migraine so i think it might have been bread that was the trigger. but then all ppl are different.
