I am looking for a range of cocktail ingredients. The supermarkets do a few but many are not available in there. Where are the best places to find all you need to make cocktails? Many thanks.

Depends entirely what you are looking for, and which supermarkets you've tried so far. You'd find some of the more unusual items on-line from specialist stores.

I am looking for Kummel, Pastis, Fernet Branca, Van der Hum, Aurum, Swedish Punsch, Royal Mint Chocolate Liqueur, Byrrh and a few others. Sainsburys, Tesco, Asda and Waitrose don't seem to have any of these.
