Went to local home grown place for my veggies today, and picked up a beautiful Romanesco.
I could look at it for hours, it's Fibonacci sequenced florets are beautiful.
However, I must cook it in the next day or two.
Anyone got a nice way of dealing with it?
Would it bear having a mustardy cheesy sauce?
